What counts as "one company" for a license?
One license covers a single legal entity — all locations, all machines, and all users within that company. An Enterprise license covers your entire operation regardless of how many plants or shifts you run.
Is there really no per-seat pricing?
Correct — zero per-seat fees. Add 1 operator or 50 operators, the price is the same. We think per-seat pricing punishes you for doing the right thing and getting your whole floor on data.
What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?
Your data is preserved. You'll need to subscribe to continue using the app. There's no credit card required to start a trial, and we'll email you a reminder before it ends.
Can I switch tiers after subscribing?
Yes — email
[email protected] and we'll upgrade or downgrade your account. Upgrades take effect immediately. No data is lost when switching tiers.
What's the difference between Basic and Pro for SPH tracking?
Basic is a calculator-only tier — it includes the SPH calculator, unit converters, and an end-of-shift or end-of-job PDF. No logging history, no trend charts. Pro adds full run logging, unlimited machines, Sets/HR trend charts, defect and downtime tracking, Pareto analysis, professional PDF exports with charts, and CSV export.
Do I need IT support to deploy this?
No. SlitForge is a Progressive Web App — operators open it in a browser, tap "Add to Home Screen," and they're done. No app store, no IT department, no installation. Works on any phone, tablet, or computer.
What is the refund policy?
All subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges and you'll keep access until the end of your paid period. See our
